Support Score: LSI manages issues with our clients using an in-house system that tracks issues and tasks that arise. This system allows us to poll each client as an issue is closed and request their feedback on how we did. The "support score" above is our average score with each client listed after a minimum of 100 issues closed (and in some cases, thousands of issues).

- LSI manages hundreds of websites, with a primary focus in the vacation rental and real estate industries.
- To date, we have never lost a client. We say that not with ego -- after all, we are sure that someday we will lose a client. LSI is not the largest company, nor do we intend to be. We do, however, strive to provide the best client support possible, and we believe this is directly related to our having never lost a client.
